At NAL3 we believe that sport is a great way to develop not only physical skills, but that it unites us through values such as self-improvement and teamwork. That’s why we want to offer you a unique and different networking day with our first paddle tournament for companies in the NAL3 ecosystem.
In this friendly competition you will not only enjoy playing a dynamic and fun sport, but you will also meet great professionals who are eager to connect with you. In addition, there will be no shortage of gifts and surprises.

The tournament
Clinic with professional trainer
Want to participate, but you’re a beginner or just need to warm up a bit? Brush up on the basics of padel and practice with a professional coach to get ready for the tournament.
Are you not sure about your paddle level?

- Occasional play or just starting out
- Difficulty with trays, volleys and serves
- Still in the process of learning
- Play regularly (1-2 times per week)
- Master the basic strokes: serve, volley, tray, lob, ball
- It has some game strategy, but still makes tactical mistakes.
- Play frequently (2+ times per week or in tournaments)
- Good technique and movement on the track
- Use strategies, defend with balloons, dominate walls
- Play in leagues or federated
- Total control of the game: attack, defense, lobs, wall descents, etc.
- Tournament and high performance experience
Tournament format
The competition will have a group phase with 18 teams playing on 9 courts simultaneously in 25-minute matches. The 4 best teams will participate in the semifinals and, finally, the 2 winners of the semifinals will play in the grand final.
Awards ceremony... and much more
The champions and runners-up will receive official NAL3 Padel Business Day trophies and all players will be able to participate in the prize draw. In any case, no one will leave empty-handed, as each participant will receive a gift bag.
