1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The company NAl3 TEAM S.L. with address at C/Balmes 205, Principal Primera, 08006 BARCELONA and identification number B60762705 organizes for promotional purposes the sweepstakes (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain excluding the Canary Islands, and over 25 years of age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.
2.- STARTING DATE AND ENDING DATE
The Promotion will start on 05/18/2026, and will end on 06/10/2026.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements are as follows: those who reside in Spain excluding the Canary Islands, and who are over 25 years old, may participate. Only participants who follow the profile of NAL3 and DCU Tecnologic on Instagram and tag a partner will be able to participate. The mechanics of the Promotion consists of tagging a partner and following NAL3 and DCU Tecnologic’s profile on Instagram.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
1 winner will be chosen by lottery on June 11, 2026. The selection of the winner and alternate winner will be done randomly through the Easypromos platform. Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the sweepstakes and as proof of this it issues a certificate of validity for each of its sweepstakes, whose result is unalterable by the organizer of the sweepstakes, and that any participating user can request to the organizer. The winner will get as a prize: GPS Amoled HD cyan.
LIMITATIONS
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set forth in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or money. NAL3 TEAM, S.L. reserves the right to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion, if there is just cause and prior legal notice. The winner will be responsible for any fiscal or tax burden that the acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses arising from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by NAL3 TEAM, S.L. in these Legal Bases. A period of TEN (10) calendar days from the date of the awarding of the prize is established to make any reasoned claim. NAL3 TEAM, S.L. reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics if necessary.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, abusive or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image will not be allowed. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
7.- DISCLAIMER
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we do not assume any responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of NAL3 and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the same, including the participation web page.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with Facebook or Instagram and Entrants release Facebook from any and all liability for any damages arising therefrom.

NAL3 TEAM, S.L. takes the protection of privacy and your personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care. In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on data protection, and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that the personal data provided for participation in this contest are incorporated into a file owned by NAL3 TEAM, S.L. to process the participation in the contest and to communicate the prize in case of winning. We inform you that your personal contact details will be used for the following purposes: without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she does not see the exercise of his/her rights satisfied. The Control Authority to which the complaint has been submitted will inform the complainant about the course and outcome of the complaint.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional rules, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Spain will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these rules.
