Observing his curriculum is to contemplate a progressive mutation from a solutions facilitator to a searcher and coordinator of profiles capable of responding to the needs of a technological giant at international level. However, in this Nal3Talks we do not talk about the past with Enric, we focus on the present and &#8220;without being very predictive&#8221; he offers us discreet forecasts regarding professionals, skills and technological innovations such as artificial intelligence.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Relying on technology and companies, a dilemma<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Enthusiasm dominates the conversation when we talk about the transformative power of multiculturalism in work teams. Working between different countries is a challenge and not an easy task. Everything is measured in nuances and conflict is a reality, however, Enric is clear &#8220;understanding diverse cultural environments accelerates the ability of all talents in their own environment to add and not subtract&#8221;. Having the agility to learn, an open mind and the ability to create inclusive environments are common factors in international professionals with the potential to grow individually from within the realm of cultural diversity.   <\/p>\n<p>The truth is that half an hour of conversation with Enric was too little, but we were fortunate to discuss a wide variety of topics such as digital innovation and corporate culture. The biggest key that he gave us regarding digitalization is that the willingness -again, open-mindedness- towards new tools outweighs being really prepared, as there is usually great uncertainty in the face of disruptions such as, for example, the emergence of ChatGPT.
