Every year, at NAL3 we set aside a special moment to stop, look back, analyze the present and chart the path to the future. It is a time dedicated to reflection, to connecting with each other, and to the impulse of new ideas that will allow us to continue to move forward as a team and as a company.
This 2025, we moved for two days to the heart of Catalonia, in a natural environment that helped us to disconnect from the noise and focus on what really matters. These days have been fundamental to consolidate our direction and reinforce our commitment to our essence.
Towards 2025
The day began with the presentation of the objectives and marketing plan for this new year. This moment allowed us to put on the table the challenges we want to achieve, the opportunities we are facing and the concrete actions that will lead us to grow as a company and offer better solutions to our customers.
Sharing this vision helps us to be aligned and to all row in the same direction, reinforcing our commitment to quality and excellence in everything we do.
We define our values
We also carry out an essential exercise for any organization: the definition and reaffirmation of our values. We know that what differentiates us as a team is not only what we do, but how we do it.
Beyond the actions we take on a daily basis, what really defines us and sets us apart in the industry is the way we work. For NAL3, values are the guide that orients us in our decision making, the foundation on which we build our way of working and the energy that drives our corporate culture.
During this exercise, we spend time reflecting on what makes us proud of what we do, what attitudes we want to foster and how we want to be perceived by both our customers and our employees.
This dynamic allowed us to share different points of view and, through debate and collective reflection, we realized that we all share the same essence: passion for what we do, responsibility in each project, transparency in communication, and a proactive and empathetic attitude in each interaction.
Cohesion and teamwork activities
While the first day was more introspective and strategic, the second day was dedicated to strengthening team cohesion through dynamic and participatory activities.
Because a company is not only numbers and strategies, but also people. And having a strong, motivated and aligned team is fundamental to achieve success. We participated in several tests and games that made us get out of our comfort zone, but always with a good dose of fun: games with giant balls, flying arrows and a lot of complicity.
These activities allowed us to see the importance of communication, mutual trust and cooperation to achieve common challenges. They also reminded us that, regardless of the challenges we encounter on a daily basis, working together we are always stronger.

NAL3 Force 2025 has given us clarity, energy and a well-defined direction to face this new year with the same focus. It has been an experience that has allowed us to stop, analyze the road we have traveled and focus on the future with a clear strategy and consolidated values.
