We have made history
NAL3 was born in the mid 90’s, when Marta, after leaving her job, was helping her brother Daniel, engineer and director of a motorcycle racing team, with press tasks for a sponsor. What started as something temporary became a solid industrial communication project.
With more work, they settled in the back room of a real estate agency in Terrassa, given by a friend. From there they managed events and press for BJC and other clients.
In 1998, Daniel left motorcycling to focus on NAL3. Marta sums it up: “I knew how to do the work, and Dani knew how to find the work and generate business”.
A year later they moved to an office in front of the Pedrera, but overlooking the inner courtyard. At that time they already had different clients and the work was growing steadily.
Three years later, Helena, the youngest of the siblings, joined the company to manage the administrative and financial side. In 2004, they moved to the current office on Balmes Street in Barcelona and Oriol Conesa, a key account manager in the history of NAL3, joined them.
In 2009, after losing a competition for outdated offices, they renovated the space with architect Sara Baldasano. They kept the high ceilings and added a green courtyard and a wooden house with a library and kitchen, creating a welcoming environment for the team and clients.
As the team grew, NAL3 expanded its services. A key point in this evolution was the incorporation of Gabriela Amorín as head of digital strategies, who strongly promoted the digital marketing area.
Under his leadership, NAL3 entered fully into the digital world, leading its own transformation through investment in talent and innovation.
In October of that year we blew out the candles of a project that has given us so many joys and lessons.
Surrounded by amazing people (both present and in the distance) we celebrated our trajectory and what we have already baptized as “NAL3 DNA”.
