A strategic consulting and support process was launched to define, review, and refine the overall communications and marketing strategy. The goal was to establish clear guidelines so that the internal team at FMIT Technologies could carry out these initiatives in an organized manner and in alignment with the business.
Project Development
At NAL3, we defined a communication and marketing strategy aligned with FMIT Technologies’ business objectives. From there, we built a strategic framework that integrated SEO, content, public relations, social media, and branding, with the goal of unifying criteria and ensuring consistency across departments.
Through our strategic communications consulting service, we established clear guidelines so that the in-house team could implement the strategy independently and systematically. This approach allowed us to prioritize tasks, align criteria, and organize the implementation in a consistent manner.
To ensure follow-up, we established a workflow involving biweekly meetings and weekly reviews. This system allowed us to monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and adjust strategic decisions when the context or the team’s needs required it.
In addition, we work with the internal team on strategic decision-making, prioritizing actions, and identifying growth opportunities to strengthen the brand’s positioning and increase demand for its products and services.
As part of the project, we also conducted brand architecture work. We defined how the group’s brands, services, and business lines are organized and relate to one another. This analysis allowed us to organize the portfolio and establish a structure that is coherent and understandable both internally and externally.
